Who Supports You?

You spend a lot of your life showing up for other people. Listening. Guiding. Challenging. Encouraging. Helping people find their way through whatever life has placed in front of them. Maybe you're a therapist, coach, consultant, advisor, or someone whose work revolves around the lives and well-being of others. I love this kind of work. And I know how much it can mean to have someone in your corner, too.

You're a person before you're a professional.

You have your own relationships, ambitions, questions, uncertainties, and hopes. You make difficult decisions. You have things you're excited about and things you're still figuring out. And sometimes you just want a place where you don't have to be the one holding everything together. Not because you're incapable. Because you're human.

A space for the whole of you.

I offer mentoring, reflective case consultation, business advising, and personal coaching for fellow service professionals. I've built and run a practice of my own, so this isn't only reflection. I can offer hands-on case consultation and practical advice on running the business: operations, offers, clients, and the systems behind them. Depending on what would serve you, our conversations might explore:

Your practice, clients, professional development, difficult situations, boundaries, and the art of supporting people well.

Your work

Building a sustainable practice, developing your services, finding clients, making decisions, leading people, and creating a business that supports the life you actually want.

Your business

Identity, relationships, ambition, personal growth, rest, fulfillment, and the questions that live beyond your professional role.

Your life

These don't always fit into separate boxes. We can shape an agreement around what matters to you, personally, professionally, and relationally. Case consultation and mentoring are reflective and advisory services. They don't replace clinical supervision, licensing requirements, or any other regulated oversight.

I believe in having support.

My wife and I both work in helping professions. She's a licensed clinical social worker. I'm a coach and advisor. And one of the supports we value most is our couples therapist. Not because our marriage is some ongoing emergency. Because our relationship matters to us. We appreciate having someone who helps us see what we might miss, asks questions we haven't considered, and supports us as we keep growing together. Neither of us needs to have everything figured out just because we spend our working lives helping other people. And neither do you.

How it starts

A real conversation about your work and your life. No pitch.

We talk.

If it feels right to both of us, I'll invite you to experience the work for real.

Two complimentary sessions.

If it isn't a fit, I'll say so. A clear no is a good outcome for both of us.

Then we both choose.

You deserve a place to come and be.

You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure of your next move. Maybe you'd like a thinking partner for your practice. Maybe you want to become more skillful at your craft. Maybe you're navigating a personal transition. Or maybe you're doing wonderfully and would simply enjoy having another thoughtful human alongside you. I'd love to hear what you're exploring.
